He spent five years as an executive then manager at Financière de Saint-Cyr, a company specializing in mergers and acquisitions and fund raising. He worked notably on Ipos, fund raising for French mid caps, industrial sales to family office and financial restructuring for listed companies. He joined INVEST SECURITIES in February 2006. He has a Master degree in Bank & Finance and a DESS in Financial management from Paris X.
