The secondary market :
INVEST SECURITIES engages in trading the entire market spectrum of quoted securities on the Euronext Paris platform for its clients’ accounts in addition to the company’s more specific positioning as a small and medium sized companies specialist. The very specific small cap emphasis enables to the market activities to leverage of the parent company’s (ie the investment bank) market presence and organisation. Even though the company is qualified to invest its own capital through the market, INVEST-SECURITIES purposely avoids acting as a principal so as to avoid any conflict of interest.
The primary market:
INVEST SECURITIES is well recognised in the Parisian market for its offerings resulting from primary and corporate transactions. INVEST SECURITIES has placed €380 millions worth of securities since June 2006 (when the stockbroker became a part of the group) in the course of 20 or so transactions.
Liquidity management:
INVEST SECURITIES manages the market quotations of a number of companies that have been introduced to the market. Such liquidity contracts maintain share price continuity and transparency. Currently INVEST SECURITIES operates 25 such contracts and is specifically recognised by Euronext-Paris an “apporteur des liquidités” in this context.

The near totality of INVEST SECURITIES clients are ‘final’ and are therefore offered a conventional market service relationship. INVEST SECURITIES size encourages a level of service that is defined by the clients’ investment style and interests. The personalisation of advisory services and the quality of executions therefore define the company’s secondary market business.
Organisation and resources :
INVEST SECURITIES team comprises 5 equity sales staff advising clients with respect to market information and our research opinions, as well as 3 experienced traders transacting orders for clients, and corporate price maintenance contracts. A back and middle office acts as a bridge to the firms’ clearing agent: PAREL.
Furthermore, there are 5 analysts at the service of the stockbroking firm who are all qualified members of the « Société Française des Analystes Financiers ».
